Adult and Teen Challenge of Indonesia

In 2022, a woman who had known the depths of addiction and the inside of a prison cell on the Mexican border answered an unlikely call, to Indonesia. Her journey from bondage to faith in Jesus became the seed of New Creation Adult and Teen Challenge.

What began as one woman's obedience has grown into something only God could build. The greatest miracle? The Indonesian women He brought to form the heart of this ministry. We are proudly Indonesian, honoring our culture while drawing on the Adult and Teen Challenge framework that has transformed lives worldwide.

Today, we welcome women and their children into a residential program of 12 to 18 months, walking alongside them toward holistic healing: mind, body, and spirit. We believe lasting freedom from life-controlling problems flows from a living relationship with God, and our teaching is firmly rooted in Scripture. We nourish healthy habits, restore dignity, and develop natural gifts through music, sewing, English, and coffee and candle making classes.

We also believe healing deepens when you look beyond yourself. Our women serve at local orphanages, prisons, and end-of-life care centers. We host visitors from around the world (churches, schools, and Christian organizations) and have mobilized teams and resources during natural disasters, providing emergency shelter and food.

What started as simple classroom projects has blossomed into something beautiful: our women now craft coffee, candles, and sewn goods that carry their story into the world. These sustainability ventures teach real skills, nurture confidence, and help fund our entirely free program. Every dollar earned or donated flows straight back into changing lives and blessing our partner ministries.

God has used our faith as a hub where bridges are built and blessings flow, across our community, our city, and to other Indonesian islands. We press on, Spirit-led, to claim more territory for the Kingdom of God in Indonesia.
